How do I order from the Internet shops?

  • Click the shop logo on our Home page.   It will take you directly to the shop and products you are interested in.   There you can view all of the items with their descriptions.   And you can order with one click through the available shopping carts.

How do I order directly from your Catalogue?

  • To order unique gift items click on the shopping cart link associated with the item’s catalogue listing.   Items with customization features can be ordered thru the “ContacQ” message form.

Can I order custom items based on designs in the Internet shops?

  • Yes.   Use the “Contact The Seller” link you’ll see in the specific shop.

How do I License a design?

  • The process will begin with “ContacQ”.   When a design is agreed on by both parties we will ask that you sign (e-sign) the License Agreement.

What if there’s a problem with my order?

  • Customer satisfaction is very important to us.   If there is any problem we will work it out with you directly, even via phone if necessary, with email follow ups.   Contact us through the respective Internet Store's email contact to the seller (Us).   Or contact us through the 'ContacQ' page on this web site.
